It's hard to believe that November has already arrived and with it the start of another season of Tonka Nordic Racing! We have a tremendous coaching staff on board and are looking forward to getting started with team activities. Here are a couple of important dates to keep in mind:

November 5, 6:00-7:00 pm - PAC Meeting in the Team Room (down the stairs next to the West Gym/West Entrance). This is a great opportunity to get some general information about the team and get all of your questions answered.

November 7, 4:00-5:30 pm - Jessie Diggins Bounding Clinic @ Theodore Wirth Trailhead (1221 Theodore Wirth Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55422). This event is by invitation only due to a limit on athletes we are allowed to bring. Jessie is going to bring the athletes through a hill bounding workout. Bring ski poles, running shoes, and a water bottle. You must provide your own transportation.

November 12, 3:00-5:30 pm - The Shed (building next to visitor stands at the Minnetonka Football Field). First day of practice! Come prepared with clothing appropriate for the weather and get ready to put some work in.

November 12, 5:30-7:00 pm - MHS Cafeteria. Season kickoff meeting. Meeting attendance is mandatory. We will talk about season logistics, complete paperwork, and lay the groundwork for our season. Coaches, captains, and parents will be available to answer any questions that you have about the season.
