First Practice

It's finally here! Practices begin on Monday (11/12) from 3:00-5:30pm. Meet at the wax room (next to the visitor stands at the Stadium/Dome) and be prepared to put some work in. Come dressed for outdoor practice (running shoes, layers, little-to-no cotton, hat & gloves). Make sure you are registered before Monday! If you are not fully registered with an up-to-date physical on file, you WILL NOT be able to practice.
